Combining New Tech and Old School Practices

Aka - Digital and Paper Combo

It is all the rage right now to be a Freelancer, Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager or another type of Service Provider and go completely paperless. There is a crazy movement out there to be fully digital, no paper, no writing and being able to keep it all organized and neat. While I’m not against this per se, what if there was a fantastic way to combine the two and still keep paper to a minimum.

Let’s look at a few reason a combo method can be the solution that works perfectly for you:

  • All Digital Doesn’t always work. Yes, it’s phenomenal on saving paper and the planet but you need to write things down here and there.

  • No Digital Doesn’t Work: The need for tech in the gig economy explains itself. Going back to the days of legal pads and folders isn’t efficient and it’s far too old school.

  • Multiple Clients: You juggle multiple clients with different needs in different industries.

  • One Notebook is getting messy: You’re constantly flipping back and forth between pages and it feels cluttered and unorganized.

  • You really like cute office products: It’s okay! I do too and let me just say that new office product happiness is real.

  • It’s not a bad thing to write some items down: It’s been proven that we create a tactile pathway in our brain when something is written down and it is more likely to be remembered.

  • Your task list is run on and overwhelming: This could be so much more efficient if you had a system.

  • Looking professional is important: Regardless if you meet clients in person or if you are fully remote with your clients, knowing that you have a contained organized method comes through regardless of the channel.

The struggle is all too real for many that work in the Gig Economy today. It doesn’t matter if you are a Social Media Manager, a Freelancer, Virtual Assistant or any other type of online Service Provider. You need systems that work for you and not against you.

I used to have the same large notebook. Whether it was tabbed or not, it still ended up as one big hodgepodge of notes. While I never missed any client detail I knew there had to be a better way. A better way for me and ultimately a better way for you. That’s when it hit me. What if, through all my years as a Digital Marketer I could create a product that would help myself as well as any one else in this industry.

That’s when the Client Notebook series was created. Individual Notebooks with Client Info, an organized task list and priority list pages where specific client information could be stored. Easily prioritize the work for a specific client, break it down into tasks and have lined pages where notes, call logs and client requests could live. Whether you niche in one industry like SEO optimization or you have a marketing agency that juggles Social Media Clients, SEO Clients, Funnel Builds, Strategy Sessions or one client where you do All The Things these notebooks are the answer you’ve been waiting for.

I developed inexpensive small notebooks as well as the standard paper size notebooks just for you and I am so excited to share these with the world. If this sounds like something you might need or that could change the way you work I invite you to click here.
